Terms of Use.

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of getzerokey.com and any related pages, tools and content, including the ROI calculator (together, the "Site"), operated by ZeroKey ("ZeroKey," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who the site is for
The Site is intended for business users, property owners and managers, and institutions in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through the Site.

3. Information only, no offer
Content on the Site, including product descriptions, specifications, savings examples, case studies and financing information, is provided for general information. It is not an offer to sell, a quote or a guarantee. Product features, availability, specifications and financing terms may change without notice.

A quote, proposal or agreement becomes binding only when it is issued in writing by ZeroKey and signed or accepted as it describes. If there is a conflict between the Site and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. ROI calculator and estimates
The ROI calculator and all savings, cost, payback, net gain and property value figures on the Site are estimates based on assumptions that you enter or that we provide as defaults. They are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of results, financial advice or an appraisal. See our Estimates & Financing Disclosures for details.

5. Your submissions
When you submit information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to respond to you and as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any access control system, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our written permission.
- Interfere with the Site's operation, introduce malware, or overload our infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means, except as permitted by standard search engines.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Site or its content to build a competing product or service.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@getzerokey.com rather than testing it further.

7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, the ROI calculator and its underlying code, are owned by ZeroKey or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and tools, such as scheduling, financing, maps and mobile credential apps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

Product and installation warranties, if any, are provided only in ZeroKey's written warranty and customer agreements, and by the product manufacturers. Nothing on the Site creates a warranty. See our Warranty & Life Safety Notice.

10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROKEY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING THE ROI CALCULATOR, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZeroKey from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Updated Terms apply when posted. We may suspend your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.

14. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and the other policies linked in the footer, are the entire agreement about your use of the Site.
