THE TEAM
Joshuwa Hannum has spent the past 30 years in the door and locking industry, building a career grounded in real-world application, technical expertise, and ownership-level accountability. He began in the commercial door sector and went on to own and operate an access control integration company, gaining deep experience in both mechanical and electronic security systems. Over the decades, he has worked across virtually every layer of the industry—installation, service, hardware specification, integration, and long-term lifecycle management—developing a comprehensive understanding of how facilities actually function. His background allows him to bridge the gap between traditional door hardware and modern digital access solutions with clarity and authority.
As the founder of ZeroKey, Joshuwa is leading the charge to eliminate brass keys and modernize access control for schools, multifamily properties, municipalities, and commercial facilities throughout the Midwest.
